About Brett Cromwell, Harmonee’s Founder and CEO
Brett Cromwell is a dynamic and passionate leader with more than two decades of experience in companies ranging from early start-ups to global Fortune 500 businesses. For 13 years, he directed functions, managed departments, and served on leadership teams at Medtronic, one of the largest medical device companies in the world. Whether he’s leading a team or simply participating on one, Brett always brings his contagious enthusiasm and strong sense of humor to the table.
Brett’s diverse background includes coaching and collaborating with senior leadership, launching successful marketing and patient education programs, and implementing key employee engagement initiatives, including at Medtronic Transformative Solutions, which was named the #1 Best Company to Work For in New Hampshire four years in a row. In his most recent role, Brett led the Communications function of a $1 billion market-leading organization with a global workforce of 700+ employees.
It was his passion for employee engagement and the power of organizational culture that ultimately led Brett to launch Harmonee Consulting. Through Harmonee, he hopes to bring to small and medium-size business owners the “lightning in a bottle” he has seen firsthand in organizations where a focus on employees and culture has shown tangible financial results.
